How the Affiliate Program Works

The program works on a revenue share model. As an affiliate, you get a unique tracking link to share with your audience. Your commission is based on the net gaming revenue generated by the players you refer each month.

Net gaming revenue is the total bets minus players’ winnings, bonuses, and platform fees. For example, if you refer 20 active players who generate RM10,000 in net revenue in a month and your commission rate is 30%, you would earn RM3,000. The more active players you refer, the higher your commission rate can go.

You don’t need to worry about making individual sales or conversions. Once someone registers with your link, every bet they make adds to your monthly revenue. Payments are made monthly, and you usually receive your earnings within the first two weeks of the next month.

Commission Structure

Your commission rate depends on how many active players you refer and the total net revenue they bring in. Here are the different tiers:

Commission rates are reviewed every quarter. If you perform well, you can discuss special arrangements with the management team. However, if player activity drops a lot between reviews, your commission might be reduced. Staying consistent is important.

For new affiliates, the 25% base rate is competitive compared to many other Malaysian programs that start at 20% or less.

How to Become an Affiliate

You can get started in about 10 minutes. Here’s how:

1. Visit the affiliate registration page on the official website and fill out the application form.
2. Provide your website URL, social media profiles, or a description of your marketing channels.
3. Submit valid identification (MyKad or passport) for verification purposes.
4. Wait for approval, which usually takes 1 to 3 business days.
5. Once approved, login to your affiliate dashboard to access your tracking links.
6. Start sharing your links and monitoring referrals in real time.

Every application is reviewed individually. While having an online presence helps, new and smaller creators are welcome to apply. You’ll get an email confirmation after you submit your application, and another update once it’s approved or if more information is needed.

Payment and Withdrawal

Affiliate Program Terms to Know

Negative Carryover

If the players you referred have a winning month and the platform’s net revenue from them is negative, that negative balance will carry over. You won’t have to pay anything yourself, but your commissions next month will first cover the deficit. This is common in most iGaming affiliate programs, though not all operators are open about it.

Cookie Duration and Attribution

The cookie duration is 30 days. If a referred player deletes their cookies or signs up on another device, you won’t get credit for the referral. This is a common limitation of cookie-based tracking across the industry, not just for this program. Each time a user clicks your link, the 30-day period starts over, so repeated clicks help with attribution.

At the moment, sub-affiliate options are not available. The program is based on direct partnerships rather than having a multi-tier system. Although this situation might change in the future, for now your income comes only from the players you refer directly.
